Payments

Invoices are sent out the day of the appointment and need to be paid within 48 hours. If we don’t receive payment within that time frame the slot will be made available for other people to book.

Cancellations

Please let us know as soon as you can if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations or change with less than 48 hours notice or non-attended appointments without prior notice are charged at full price.
